We've signed an agreement with a group of local companies that gives their staff a discount on management and language courses, plus programmes designed around each company's needs. The first three groups, for sales and customer-service teams, start in November.

This week the academy signed an agreement with a group of local companies in telecoms, insurance and retail, allowing their staff to join management and language courses at a special discount and to have short programmes designed around each team's needs.

What does the agreement include?

The agreement followed requests from several companies to train their teams in specific skills, such as writing emails in English and managing small projects, without employees having to be away from work for whole days.

CPD-accredited courses: every employee who completes a course receives a certificate with a reference number their employer can verify on our website.

Programmes designed around the team's needs: we start with a session with the team manager to define the skills needed, then build a short programme using examples from the company's own work.

Discount and flexible schedules: 15% off public courses, with evening groups or sessions at the company's premises as needed.

“Companies tell us the problem isn't certificates but everyday skills: a clear email, a well-run meeting, a project delivered on time. That's exactly what we built the programmes around.”
Dr. Julian Kingston, Academic Director
Ramallah

When do the programmes start?

The first three groups start in November, for sales and customer-service teams.

Start: Sunday 15 November 2026, with twenty seats per group.

Location: evenings in our Ramallah halls, or at the company's premises.

Fees: depends on the programme, with 15% off for partner-company staff.
